Do you like the default textures in Minecraft but wish it existed in an increased resolution? If that’s the case then the Faithful PE texture pack is the perfect solution. It keeps the original look of Minecraft but the resolution is two better (32×32 instead of 16×16 pixels) which makes the graphics look a lot better. This texture pack has long existed for the PC version of Minecraft and today you are able to download it for Minecraft Pocket Edition as well.

Adventure Time Craft is a texture pack based on the popular animated TV series Adventure Time. As expected, the textures are fun, colorful and cartoon themed. The texture pack looks the best in medieval worlds and in the normal world of Minecraft. If you are looking for a way to simply add more fun to the game, then this pack does a good job of doing that.

Soartex Fanver is a smooth, clean and crisp texture pack. The textures are timeless and work perfectly fine in every environment in Minecraft. The grass, flowers and trees have all got a refreshing and crisp upgrade. Everything feels more lively and the entire pack is very well put together.

It was originally created for PC but as a result of Minecraft Pocket Edition it has now also been ported to it as well.

Default PE is a 32×32 sized resolution compared to the default texture pack which is 16×16. As a result, all textures are more detailed which make them look much more smooth and less pixelated. If you enjoy the default textures in Minecraft PE but want a slight upgrade in terms of resolution then this is a suitable download for you.

OzoCraft is a medieval styled texture pack. The pattern and colors of the textures are for the most part quite dark and rustic, but that’s ultimately what makes suitable pack for RPG or medieval styled creations such as old towns and so on. It’s one of the top texture packs for the PC version of Minecraft and it’s now available for Pocket Edition as well.

PocketBDcraft is a fun and beautiful texture pack. Lots of details, creativity and effort by loads of people over a long period of time have resulted in one of the most popular texture packs for Minecraft. It’s commonly known as PureBDcraft.

The pack consists of a continual cartoon theme and lots of the textures appear as if they were taken straight out of a comic book. A cheerful style which brings even more joy to an already lovely game!

Ovo’s Rustic is a texture pack which combines realism and Minecraft. The textures look pure and clean but they remain having the blocky look we are all used to. The colors that are used to design the pack look a lot more soft and dark than the default textures. That’s why it’s especially suitable for medieval type of builds. Grass, leaves and plants have a brighter color scheme and that definitely makes the the pack as a whole look really great.

Dokucraft Dark looks similar to the other versions of Dokucraft as it’s a medieval styled texture pack. The only difference is simply that there is a darker and more moody tone to the look of the textures. If you want a dark medieval pack then this texture pack is a great option.

Defscape is an elegant texture pack with a very clean look. It looks really nice both in medieval and modern types of maps. Every block texture is incredibly detailed because of the high resolution (64×64 pixels) but the details always look very well put in place and never overwhelming. Everything from blocks and items to the sky and water have been redesigned.

ModernHD is one of the most popular realistic texture packs for the PC version of Minecraft and it has now made its introduction to Minecraft Pocket Edition as well. The texture pack work really good for worlds which you want to look more realistic. Flow’s HD is a modern and elegant texture pack. Every texture is very clean and gives Minecraft a very bright and joyful feel. The great thing about this pack is that it got both a lot of textures which are suitable for interior design as well as outdoor. A great pack for somebody who wants a combination of both.

This is a simple texture pack which implements a couple of texture improvements. Glass blocks and glass panes have a much more clean design. The design for them is less pixelated and are thus more easy to see through. Also some blocks related to redstone have been redesigned to look cleaner.

The two primary things which I enjoyed with this pack is that the glass and redstone look much more simplistic.

The resolution for the piston has been doubled (to 32x) and there is also some slime added to the sides of the wooden part of the piston.

The observer block is changed to the texture which is used in the Minecraft for PC (version 1.11). I couldn’t see a big difference between the default textures and this one though.

This texture pack includes textures which are considered modern and futuristic. The creator’s main inspiration while designing the texture pack was 2001: A Space Odyssey which is a classic sci-fi movie from the 60s. It’s a really useful texture pack if you are building a space station or anything similar which relates to space or the future in general.

Default PE is in my opinion at least twice as much better compared to the ordinary textures in Minecraft. It’s basically an upscaled version of the default textures (32×32 instead of 16×16 pixels). It’s a really nice upgrade if you like the ordinary Minecraft graphics but just want to notch it up a little.

The End is Extremely Nigh. Oh yes, it really is, at least that’s the feel you’ll get if using this texture pack. Everything look much more dark and gloomy. The textures for buildings will look much more weather-beaten, just like if no one has cared to take any care of them for the last couple of years. If you want your game graphics to appear more apocalyptic then this is a great choice for you.

SummerFields is a beautiful texture pack which turns any Minecraft world into a more joyful and enjoyable environment. It’s really nice to use if you want to give the game graphics a boost of summer and really get in tune with the nature around you. Personally, I think this is one of the best packs available for the game.
