Default PE is a 32×32 sized resolution compared to the default texture pack which is 16×16. As a result, all textures are more detailed which make them look much more smooth and less pixelated. If you enjoy the default textures in Minecraft PE but want a slight upgrade in terms of resolution then this is a suitable download for you.
